Sharp has recently launched two 3D Android smartphone in Japan. These two smartphones called the Galapagos SoftBank 005SH and Galapagos Softbank 003SH. Both uses 3D LCD screen to create three dimensional effect that can be viewed without the need for special glasses.
Acer’s new Android phone, Acer Liquid Metal appears to have all metal design. The phone is now reported to have be at the FCC right now, so its release would be just a matter of time. Acer Liquid Metal is said going to be released AT&T operator.
A new android smartphone, Pantech IM-A690S will be released soon in South Korea. The phone is powered by a Android Froyo 2.2, the smartphone also has a 3.5 inch WVGA AMOLED display with a resolution of 800 × 480 pixels.
Having released a android froyo update for Samsung Galaxy S in Scandinavia, Samsung suddenly removed the froyo update from their servers. There has been no official information from Samsung about this case.
ZTE V880, another Android smartphone from ZTE which was seen several days ago in Communication Expo event in Beijing. ZTE V880 is using the latest android froyo 2.2 and powered by 600MHz Qualcomm MSM 7227 processor, capacitive touch screen 3.5 inch WVGA
