Samsung has just announced that the Android handset Galaxy S series that was launched less than two months ago has sold more than one million units within 45 days in the United States. This product is sold under various names and variations, the Samsung Epic 4G for Sprint operators, Samsung i897 Captivate for AT & T, and Vibrant for T-Mobile.

Samsung Galaxy S also also has sold more than one million unit outside the U.S. since last July. Samsung Samsung Galaxy S has been targeted to sold up to 10 million units worldwide.
