Motorola RAZR and Sony Xperia P Comparison

We are now comparing the two high end Android smartphones, Motorola RAZR and Sony Xperia P so which one is better? Motorola RAZR and Sony Xperia P both present using the Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Both are also powered by Cortex A9 dual core processors but with different clock. On the Motorola RAZR there is the 1.2GHz dual core processor, 1GB of RAM, and PowerVR SGX540 GPU, while on the Sony Xperia P it is powered by a 1GHz dual core processor, 1GB of RAM, and Mali-400MP GPU.

From the appearance, Motorola RAZR has a pretty slim design measuring a thickness of only 7.1mm, while the Sony Xperia P only has a thickness of 10.5mm. Motorola RAZR also has a larger touch screen measuring 4.3 inch compared to the Sony Xperia P which only has 4 inch touch screen. The display on Motorola RAZR has a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels and coated with Corning Gorilla Glass. While the Sony Xperia P has a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels and equipped with the latest Mobile Bravia Engine and Sony WhiteMagic technology.

For the internal storage, both of the are equipped with 16GB storage. On Motorola RAZR, it comes with a microSD slot up to 32GB, while the Sony Xperia P is not equipped with a microSD slot at all. Motorola RAZR and Sony Xperia P are both equipped with 8 megapixel camera, which both have the ability to record 1080p HD video. Both are also equipped with front camera, but the different is that the Motorola RAZR is equipped with 1.3 megapixel front camera, while Sony Xperia P is equipped with a VGA front camera.

For connectivity features both equipped with features such as network support HSDPA 14.4 Mbps, HSUPA 5.76 Mbps, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n with DLNA and Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS, and microUSB port. The Motorola RAZR also comes with 1780mAh battery, while the Sony Xperia P is equipped with 1305mAh battery capacity.

So which one is better? i should say the Motorola RAZR because with price that is pretty similar to the Sony Xperia P, you can get better features like larger screen display, an external memory slot, bigger battery, and an ultra thin body. So the recommended choice for me is Motorola RAZR.
